FOCUS PROJECT KNOWLEDGE
Plan protection, package codes and site assembly as part of the fixture design.
Compare assembled, partly assembled and flat-pack options using glass size, package handling and the destination team. Easy transport is only useful when the fixture can also be assembled correctly on site.
Define protection for glazing, corners, finished faces and removable hardware. Keep loose parts from rubbing against display surfaces. Identify packages that require a particular lifting or unpacking sequence.
Connect fixture codes, carton or crate numbers and the room layout. Include hardware kits, assembly drawings and a clear parts list. For multiple stores, label by destination and installation sequence.
Agree the named shipping destination, unloading resources, receiving hours and responsibility for local charges. Confirm who performs wall anchoring, electrical connections and final site checks. Photograph visible damage at receipt and identify affected packages promptly.
The same cooperation process connects design, engineering, manufacturing, delivery and ongoing support.
