Fixture Care & After-Sales Support

FOCUS PROJECT KNOWLEDGE

Fixture Care & After-Sales Support

Make maintenance easier by retaining component details and keeping service access usable.

STEP 01

Clean by material and component

Follow the approved finish and component care instructions. Use compatible cloths and cleaners, avoid abrasive contact with clear acrylic and keep moisture away from electrical components. Trial a cleaner on an inconspicuous area when compatibility is uncertain.

STEP 02

Inspect frequently used hardware

Check door travel, handles, hinges, locks, drawer runners and leveling points as part of routine store maintenance. Stop using a damaged or unstable unit and arrange an assessment before returning it to service.

STEP 03

Keep the service information

Retain light and driver identifiers, lock references, finish codes and drawings. Provide access to replaceable components without dismantling unrelated modules. Keep permitted spare parts and adjustment instructions with the store manager.

STEP 04

Raise a traceable service request

Send the order reference, fixture code, photographs and the circumstances of the issue. Confirm the next action with the responsible project contact. Warranty period, exclusions, freight and on-site labor arrangements are those stated in the agreed order terms.
